Mr. Stump is president and CEO responsible for the strategic direction of Interconn. Prior to starting the company in 1997, he spent eight years in the marketing department of Southern Natural Gas in Birmingham, Alabama and nine years in Executive Marketing and Business Development positions within the industry. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public & Private Management degrees from Birmingham Southern College.

Mr. Templeton started his natural gas career with Interconn in 2002 after receiving his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from Georgia Tech in Finance and Computer Sciences. His early years at Interconn were spent in the Operations area; however, he quickly assumed financial responsibilities and currently serves as Executive Vice President.

Ms. Beeson started her natural gas career in 1995 with Sonat Marketing Company. She worked for Prior Energy in 2001 before joining Interconn in 2002 to direct its Operations team. She was appointed Vice President of Transportation and Exchange in 2005 and Senior Vice President – Operations in 2010.

Frank Morgan

Senior Vice President – Supply and Asset Optimization

Mr. Morgan opened Interconn’s Houston Office in 2002 after four years of trading experience with Dynegy Marketing & Trade. He quickly established himself as an expert in storage and capacity management. He was named Vice President of Asset Management & Trading in 2005 and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2010. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.

Mr. Thomas is a 30-year veteran of the natural gas business. He was involved in starting up several specialty gas marketing companies with responsibilities in supply, marketing, transportation and storage. Mr. Thomas was responsible for starting a gas marketing desk for Tauber Oil Company in 2008. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Kimberly T. Clark

Kimberly T. Clark

Vice President – Operations and Research

Prior to joining Interconn, Ms. Clark worked as part of the core team for Northbridge Environmental, a prime contractor for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, from 2001 through 2006. After joining Interconn in 2007, she began training within the operations team and was later appointed Vice President, Operations and Research in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Roberts started his career at Tauber Oil Company in December 2011 as an intern assisting the natural gas analyst. He was hired on full-time starting March 2012 in Natural Gas Scheduling. Mr. Roberts graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a bachelor in finance in the Global Energy Management professional program.

Ms. Steele started her career in the natural gas industry in 2006 with Summit Energy, a worldwide energy consultant. During that time, she assumed various roles of responsibility. Most recently, she was responsible for managing the supply of natural gas for a portfolio of customers in the Southeast. She joined the Interconn team in 2012 as Director of Business Development. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and completed her Master of Business Administration in 2013 from Indiana University Southeast.

Ms. Hammond started her career in the natural gas industry in 2005 with Summit Energy Services, a worldwide energy consultant. During that time, she assumed various roles of responsibility across many regions of the United States and Canada. Most recently, she was responsible for managing the purchasing strategy of natural gas and electricity for a portfolio of customers in the Rockies, Pacific Northeast and Canada. She joined the Interconn team in 2014 in a sales support role on the Commercial Sales Team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University Southeast.

Ms. Johnson worked in management at Lucent Technologies from 1997 until 2003 in the wireless division. She joined Interconn Resources in 2003 and has held various positions of responsibility. She is currently assistant Vice President of Administration. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.

Mr. Pugh started his career in the natural gas industry with Interconn in 2012 as an Accounting Analyst. Prior to joining Interconn, he worked in the financial industry with Wells Fargo Bank. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Samford University in 2008 and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama.

Ms. Searles began her career with Interconn in May 2014 as the Director of Accounting. She holds undergraduate degrees from Samford University and the University of Alabama in Birmingham as well as a Master’s certificate from the University of Kent.

Ms. Shannon joined Interconn in April 2015 as Accounting Clerk. She provides assistance with various accounting and administrative tasks. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Jim Goolsby

Jim Goolsby

Legal Counsel

Mr. Goolsby joined The Tauber Companies in February 2012 as general counsel. He has over 33 years of experience in the Houston business community, with an emphasis in energy, financial services, real estate and health care. In his role as legal counsel for The Tauber Companies, Jim is also responsible for legal engagements involving Tauber Oil Company, Tauber Petrochemical Co., Tauber Exploration & Production Co., TransOil Marketing, LLC and Interconn Resources. Prior to his tenure at the Tauber Companies, Jim held positions with Price Waterhouse, Hines Interests, Jackson Walker and Sterling Bank. Jim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas and a JD from the South Texas College of Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
