Who We Are
Our Story
TransOil Marketing was established in 2006 with three trucks and trailers and has since grown to more than 50 trucks and 60 trailers. TransOil Marketing continues to find success by building on its foundational principles of providing unmatched customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and operating with the highest standards.
While TransOil is able to serve all different sizes of companies, we treat all of our customers with the same respect and dedication whether they’re a large company or mom-and-pop operation.
In addition to moving oil effectively and efficiently, we earn customers through attention to detail, dedication to excellence, and competitive pricing. We don’t necessarily believe that more business is better; we won’t take on any customer or job that we don’t believe we can offer 100% of our best level of service. This is how we built TransOil and why we continue to have some of the most loyal customers in the industry.
Our accountability and accessibility starts at the top; you can call any member of the TransOil team any time or stop by their offices, the door is always open. The TransOil team is empowered to fulfill customer requests and follow through on your issue personally. At TransOil Marketing, we don’t “pass the buck.” All of our staff is in constant communication with each other to ensure that everyone knows what’s happening and can assist whenever needed.

All address changes MUST be submitted in writing either by mail, fax, or email.

Any time your interest changes we need to be furnished with the recorded documentation reflecting the change. Please furnish our office with the applicable documentation which has been filed of record in the county where your property is located:
CONVEYANCE: Copy of the Assignment, Bill of Sale, or Deed conveying the interest.
NAME CHANGE: Copy of the pertinent documentation changing your name, e.g. Name Change Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree.
TRUST: Copy of the Trust Agreement that states the interest as a part of the Trust, or copy of the documentation transferring the interest into the Trust, and a copy of the documentation appointing the Trustee.

Please furnish our office with the applicable documentation which has been filed of record in the county where your property is located:
IN ORDER TO ISSUE A DIVISION ORDER TO THE ESTATE: Please provide a copy of the Letters Testamentary or other pertinent documentation appointing an estate representative, as well as a copy of the Death Certificate.
IN ORDER TO ISSUE DIVISION ORDERS TO THE BENEFICIARIES WITH A PROBATED WILL: Copy of the Order Admitting the Will to Probate and a copy of the Will are needed.
IN ORDER TO ISSUE DIVISION ORDERS TO THE BENEFICIARIES WITH A WILL THAT HAS NOT BEEN PROBATED: Copy of the Death Certificate, copy of an Affidavit of Heirship** with a copy of the Will attached.
IN ORDER TO ISSUE DIVISION ORDERS TO THE BENEFICIARIES WITH NO WILL: Copy of the Death Certificate and a copy of an Affidavit of Heirship**.
** The Affidavit of Heirship should be signed by two impartial parties who are familiar with the decedent. Neither affiant should be a member of the decedent’s family. The Affidavit of Heirship should address the family and marital history of the decedent; it should further include statements regarding where the decedent left a Will, and stating that all debts and taxes have been paid.
